Isaiah 53

3 He was despised and rejected of men, a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief: and as one from whom men hide their faces he was despised, and we esteemed him not.

He, our God of Love, the creator was in our midst and we reject it. Plus, to top it off our proud disdain, mock Him, beat Him, spit on Him, He hurt and killed so cruel and humiliating.

That was the best that our Lord Jesus Christ received us. That was what he received from those who should love him, love him and glorify him.



4 Surely he has borne our infirmities and carried our sorrows, and we reputable stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. 5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, crushed for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon Him, and by his wounds we are healed. 6 All we like sheep have gone astray, each one turned to his own way, but the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all.



However, that's what we were dealing with that so violently, that's what we were mocking and humiliating so hard, he was not there because he was a thug or a criminal, he hung there for love. That's right! Out of love for me and for you. Yes, by the purest love for his creatures.

He, our Lord, was there to suffer the way you and I did not suffer more. He loved us from the beginning and He would do anything for us to be delivered and saved from sin's grip. He was there getting us our best to love God, He was there receiving payment from Him because He preached the kingdom of God in our lives.

When in fact the Lord Jesus Christ on that tree there was taking our pain and suffering, he was leading there, the pains and sufferings of Him, our sorrows and our misfortunes.

He paid with His life our life happy and abundant. He opened with the blood of him that once the doors were closed by sin. He threw open the throne of grace of the Lord, He gave us new life in our side God of Love.
